Just a few days ago, Google introduced its Fitbit Air in India, and now the company is rumoured to launch another Fitbit device globally this year- the Google Fitbit Edge.
Yesterday, Android Headlines exclusively shared product images of the Fitbit Edge and its key details.
Google Fitbit Edge: Product images & key details leaked
As per the report, Fitbit Edge has many of the same features as the Fitbit Charge models, like a fitness band with a small display, up to 7 days of battery life and access to a small set of apps like Google Maps, YouTube Music, and Find My Phone.
It is said to have precise, reliable GPS, elevation tracking via its altimeter, and automatic activity recognition. The product images reveal the device in Black, Green and Orange colours.
The green or olive colour has a rather muted frame around the tracker. It is two-toned, like the orange option, though the orange variant has a brighter gold frame. An elongated button is present on either side of the tracker, with a set of sensors on the back. The sensor array seems to be similar to the Fitbit Air.
It also has pinch mechanisms on the back for swapping out the band. The Fitbit Edge is said to sit somewhere in the middle of the Fitbit Air and Pixel Watch 5. The upcoming device works with Android and iOS.

If we talk about the launch, the report mentions that the Fitbit Edge could launch this month, and it is expected to be priced around $149 to maybe $199.
