Vivo X200T Indian Variant Full Spec Sheet Leaks Ahead of Expected Launch
The Vivo X200T, along with the X300 FE, was recently spotted on India’s BIS and Bluetooth SIG certification platforms, confirming their model numbers as V2561 and V2537, respectively. Even before these listings surfaced, tipster Abhishek Yadav had hinted that the Vivo X200T could launch in India by the end of January, with an expected price of around ₹55,000.
Now, the same tipster has returned with what appears to be the complete specification sheet of the Vivo X200T Indian variant.
Here is more to it.
Vivo X200T specs and features tipped
According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo X200T is expected to feature a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels.
Under the hood, it could be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400+ chipset (same as he had revealed earlier) and is expected to run Android 16 out of the box. As per the leak, the brand may promise five major Android updates along with seven years of security patches.
In terms of cameras, the phone is tipped to come with a triple rear setup, led by a 50MP Sony LYTIA LYT-702 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor, and a 50MP Sony LYT-600 periscope camera. The entire setup is said to be Zeiss-tuned, offering a super light-sensitive main camera, a periscope lens, and a wide-angle shooter. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera is expected.

The leak also suggests Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 support, along with eSIM functionality. Powering the device could be a 6200mAh battery, backed by 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging, while a USB Type-C (USB 2.0) port is likely.
For security, the phone may use a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and durability could be handled by IP68 and IP69 ratings. The tipster further adds that the device may include a 4.5K nanofluid VC cooling system to keep temperatures in check.
As per the information shared, the smartphone is expected to arrive in Black and Purple colour options. Interestingly, looking at the leaked spec sheet, the Vivo X200T appears quite similar to the Vivo X200s, which was launched in China back in April 2025.
If a late January launch is indeed on the cards, Vivo is likely to begin teasing the device officially in the coming days.
