Two laptop model numbers under the Xiaomi, Redmi and Mi brands have now appeared on the Eurasian Economic Commission’s EEC database, hinting at their possible launch in markets covered by the listing.
Read more about these details below.
Xiaomi and Redmi Laptops EEC Listing
As per the listing, the two laptops carry the model numbers B1611 and A1602 and have been registered under the notification number KZ0000015112, which shows they were registered on September 22nd, 2026.

Regarding their identities, the model number B1611 appears to belong to the Redmi Book 16 (2026 Edition), while A1602 is associated with the Redmi Book Pro 16 (2026), which have already been launched in the Chinese market and are the successors to the Redmi Book 16 (2025 Edition) and Redmi Book Pro 16 (2025), respectively.
Speaking about their availability in Europe, Redmi laptops have already been offered through retailers such as Xiaomi Home Ireland, which advertises models adapted to English with warranty support and shipping from Ireland. However, availability through these retailers does not establish a wider launch through Xiaomi’s official EU stores.
Also, the EEC is the regulatory body of the Eurasian Economic Union, so this listing alone does not confirm that these laptops are heading to EU markets. We will have to wait for more details from Xiaomi regarding their launch and availability.
