Samsung Galaxy S26 Series and Galaxy Z Fold 8/Flip 8 – New Updates Shared
Just like most of the previous Samsung Galaxy S26 series updates, this update has also arrived via the tipster @UniverseIce and as per which, it has been noted that Samsung has decided to offer the Galaxy S26 series at the same price points as before, with no price change. Furthermore, he also adds that the same goes for the next Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8 smartphones too, and these two are suggested to hit the market in the month of July 2026.
Additionally, the tipster states that Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series will be officially unveiled on the 25th of February 2026, in San Francisco, United States. Following the launch, the official sale of the latest flagship smartphones are also expected to go live in early March 2026.
Speaking more, previous updates have been claiming that as a result of memory shortage and increased component costs, the price tags on the Galaxy S26 series smartphones could be higher when compared to their predecessors. Several cost cutting measures were also reported to be taken out by the brand, such as using the same camera sensors and more.
Regarding the smartphone models that are going to launch under the series, there won’t be Galaxy S26 Edge or Galaxy S26 Pro models, and the series will be brought with the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra models. For the Galaxy S26 series, the Exynos Modem 5410, Exynos 2600 chip, and the 60W charging adapter were all introduced by the brand last month in December 2025.
