Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 FE Certified by the FCC and SGS Fimko Authorities: A Few of its Key Specs Also Revealed
The South Korean consumer electronics maker – Samsung is already revealed to be working on the Galaxy Buds 3 FE earbuds device and it has now made its way to the FCC and SGS Fimko certification databases. Via its new certification listings, along with a few of its key specs, the launch of the device in the US and European (particularly in Finland) markets has also been confirmed.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Buds 3 FE earbuds device carries the model number of ‘SM-R420’ and it has been listed on the FCC database as a Bluetooth headset. DC 3.7 V power supply, 2402 ~ 2480 MHz Bluetooth frequency range, LDS antenna type, -7.58 dBi antenna gain, 79 channels, GFSK modulation technique, and Bluetooth Classic (76.5%) + Bluetooth LE (84.9%) mode of operations are few of its FCC-revealed connectivity specs. The FCC database also reveals it to support a software version of ‘R420.001’ and a hardware version of ‘REV1.0’.
Coming to its SGS Fimko certification listing, both the earbuds (‘SM-R420’) and the charging cradle (‘EP-QR420’) have received the certification with the certificate number of ‘FI-65233’. Moreover, the certification database points out that each of the earbuds will pack a 200 mAh battery, whereas the charging cradle will be equipped with a 900 mAh battery.
Just recently, Samsung officially unveiled its Galaxy Buds Core earbuds as the successor to the previous Galaxy Buds FE, and the tech world expects to see the Galaxy Buds 3 FE launch to take place next.
