Realme C83 5G Surfaces on the Google Play Console Listing Ahead of Its March 7th Launch in India

Realme had already confirmed the launch date of March 7th for the Realme C83 5G smartphone in India, with its microsite already live on Realme India and Flipkart. Well, adding more to it, we have now spotted it on the Google Play Console listing, revealing additional details.

Realme C83 5G – Google Play Console

Via the Google Play Console listing, the Realme C83 5G’s model number is now confirmed as RMX5256. The listing further reveals the SoC as MediaTek MT6835, with two cores shown running at 2.2GHz and the remaining six cores at 2.0GHz, paired with the Mali-G57 GPU. Although this information points to the Dimensity 6100+, it is unlikely, and Realme may rather choose the Dimensity 6300 SoC, which, by the way, is the same as its predecessor, the C73 5G.

Furthermore, the listing confirms that the phone will boot Android 16 OS out of the box and will have one of the RAM options as 4GB. Not only this, but there will also be other memory options, like 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB, as per a report by 91Mobiles Hindi.

Coming to the specs revealed via Flipkart’s microsite, the phone packs a 7,000mAh battery and offers an AI-powered Saving feature that provides +400mAh of conserved power and 1.2 hours of extra video playback. With MIL-STD-810H certification and ArmorShell protection, Realme claims this smartphone has passed the micro drop test 14,000 times and comes with 300% bend resistance. Along with this, the smartphone has IP64-rated dust and water resistance.

For the display, the only information confirmed on the microsite is that it will come with a 144Hz refresh rate. Sporting Green and Blooming Purple are the two colour options that have also been revealed via the microsite.
