Nokia X30 and Nokia 5.3 Started Receiving its November 2022 Security Update

Nokia has now started to give the November 2022 security update to more of its devices. Two of the phones receiving the update now are Nokia X30 and Nokia 5.3.

Nokia X30

Currently, the security update for Nokia X30 is available in Malaysia. However, you may try using a VPN and see if it works.

For the Nokia X30, the users will either be informed that there is an update available or they can go to settings and see if there are any available updates.

The update size will be 76.89MB which can be downloaded using mobile data or Wifi.

Nokia 5.3

For the Nokia 5.3, the update size will be 19.98MB. The update is available in India and users in India won’t have to rely on a VPN to download the update.

The update according to Google has addressed all security-related vulnerabilities.

The high-security vulnerability in the Framework component was the biggest issue that was addressed in the update.

Further updates will probably address any issues which have been left out in the November 2022 security update.
