Good News for Xiaomi MI 11X users as JIO True 5G may start to work soon

Xiaomi MI 11X users were kind of in disarray when they heard that they can’t use JIO 5G on their smartphones. But now we have got something that may put a smile on your face. As per a recent tweet by Technobuzz founder Rajesh Rajput a new MIUI 14 Beta update is now available for this smartphone.

As per the information shared by the user, this is a beta update so proceed with caution. He even shared a screenshot of it showing that the smartphone is now working with MIUI 14. Along with this JIO True 5G is ready to rock and roll on the smartphone.

As now this beta update is available for this smartphone, we hope that Xiaomi will soon release a stable update for this smartphone in India. However, so far no information has been available from the company about the update for this smartphone.

Now those who want to download and test the beta update, follow the steps below:

Download the beta update from this link:

First, make sure that your device has TWRP or OrangeFox custom recovery installed. Then, download the beta update that is suitable for your specific smartphone model. You can find the download link on the MIUI Downloader website.

Next, turn off your smartphone and enter recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up and power buttons simultaneously.

If you are switching from a different ROM, you will need to format your device. To do this, select the “Wipe” option from the recovery mode menu, and then select “Advanced Wipe.” Enable both the “Dalvik/ART cache” and “Data” options, and then swipe at the bottom of the screen to begin the wipe process.

After formatting your device, go back to the main menu in recovery mode and select the “Install” option. Look for the MIUI 14 file that you downloaded earlier and select it. Then, swipe at the bottom of the screen to confirm the flash and begin the installation process.

Once the ROM installation is complete, select the “Wipe Dalvik” option from the main menu in recovery mode. Then, go back to the main menu and select “Advanced,” followed by “Use Magisk to patch Boot.”

Finally, select the “Reboot System” option to restart your device and start using MIUI 14 on your Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO device.

Warning: Kindly only update your phone if you are savvy enough to do it.
