The Jio True 5G

Jio has had a head-to-head competition with Airtel in expanding its 5G network coverage in India. Now Jio has come forward with a 700 MHz spectrum which will offer deep indoor coverage for its users.

The Jio True 5G has a stand-alone 5G architecture with absolutely no dependency on a 4G network. It offers massive machine-to-machine communication with low latency along with edge computing, network slicing, and 5G voice features.

Jio is the only telecom provider that has a 700 MHz low-band spectrum that can provide deep indoor coverage as mentioned. It also has 3500 MHz and 26 GHz bands as well.

Jio’s 5G frequencies are all combined into a data highway to offer its users the best 5G experience. It will be 10 times faster than 4G networks and 30 times faster than 3G networks.

The company also claims that the 700 MHz spectrum will make Jio the only telecom operator to give its users a true 5G experience.

Qualcomm also has remarked on Jio’s 700 MHz spectrum which can achieve a download speed of upto 300 Mbps.

The 700 MHz bands will consume less power and can cover long distances as well. It is also best for wireless applications.

Jio is expanding its 5G coverage rapidly across the country and aims at providing the best user experience that its users have ever experienced.

With the 700 MHz spectrum, they’ll be able to do this, offering high-speed 5G coverage both indoors and outdoors.
