Trump back on Twitter chaos after Elon Musk’s Twitter poll

Twitter after Elon has been a mess of a place. After each progressive step taken by Elon, the netizens get more frenzy. Similar to that is the Twitter poll started by Elon Musk and now the reinstating of Trump on the platform.

Elon Musk started a Twitter poll yesterday, asking whether or not the Twitter handle of prior US President Trump, be reinstated. The poll has started a whirlwind and now we have a conclusion of the poll.

51.8% of the 15,085,458 votes voted “Yes” for the reinstatement of the former Us President’s account on Twitter. The Poll has not only surprised the netizens but Elon Musk himself called it fascinating in his tweet.

The Tweet after the ending of poll:-

Trump was banned from Twitter as he neared the end of his term due to increasing tweets about misinformation alleging election fraud. And following the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, the platform banned him immediately.

In response to the reinstatement, Trump said he welcomed Musk’s poll and called the man one of the “characters” and that he liked the characters. Trump said this via video on Saturday at a gathering of the Republican Jewish Coalition in Las Vegas.

The former President however denied him coming back to Twitter as he said he doesn’t have any reason for it. He also said, “He did put up a poll and it was very overwhelming… but I have something called… Truth Social.”
