French military creates fake accounts to influence viewers, says Twitter user Alex

According to a twitter user who goes by the name of Alex, claimed that French Military has accepted creating fake and spam accounts, to influence the viewers on social media platforms.

Applications like Twitter, Instagram and Facebook are used by a huge no. of audience. 

Since Social Media platforms became a place to meet one another.

The power of influencing through social media has increased since then.

It is true that we cant trust every information that is available on social media is truthful.

But we should always try to verify information that we find on social media handles.

On 24th February 2022, Tesla CEO Elon Musk proposed his offer to buy Twitter but, suddenly he put the $44 bn deal on hold.

He froze the Twitter deal, when the graph of fake and spam accounts on twitter came out. 

And today, when he got to know about the French military creating spam accounts on social media, for influencing the viewers and spreading misinformation amongst people in Twitter, he wrote, ‘Interesting’ while Re-Tweeting.

Elon Musk is totally in support of Free speech though it has many ups and downs.

But fake news on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook is increasing all – time high.

As it is the easiest way to influence even a right – minded person.

And as Elon Musk claimed that, he wants to make Twitter a better world  than what it is today where free speech is actually free.
