Samsung revealed to trademark the terms “Shinebolt” and “Flamebolt” for DRAM modules

Recently it was revealed online that Samsung is trying to secure the term “snowbolt”  through a trademark application. The term was secured for a product that is related to DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory). Now as per a recent tweet by famous tipster Anthony who goes by @TheGalox it was revealed that Samsung has trademarked two other terms which are similar to snowbolt- Shinebolt and Flamebolt.

As per the tipster, these trademarks will be used for high-bandwidth DRAM modules for AI supercomputers.

Also according to a report by Sammobile, Samsung is focusing on making semiconductor-centered computers a reality by 2028. Hence these new DRAM trademark modules are tipped to be used in the future in AI supercomputers.

Samsung filed the applications to register these two trademarks with Korea Intellectual Property Information Service (KIPRIS). According to the description of the trademark document, these two trademarks will be used for high-bandwidth DRAM modules for high-performance computing equipment, artificial intelligence and supercomputing equipment, and high-bandwidth DRAM for graphic cards.

Though Samsung has not revealed anything about the DRAMmodules or trademark and we might have to wait a bit longer for any info related to these trademarks as the South Korean tech giant has till now only trademarked the terms.
