Samsung Galaxy S23 series now gets the One UI 6 November 2023 security update in India

The South Korean tech giant company Samsung has recently released the stable version of One UI 6 based on Android 14 for its latest flagship series- Galaxy S23 series. The Indian users of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will now be getting a new update on their devices starting today.

Galaxy S23 series: November 2023 security update

As mentioned on Samsung’s community page, the Galaxy S23 series is now getting a November 2023 security update that is based on Android 14 One UI 6 in India. The firmware version of the update for all three smartphones is as follows-

  • Galaxy S23: S911BXXS3BWK5
  • Galaxy S23 Plus: S916BXXS3BWK5
  • Galaxy S23 Ultra: S918BXXS3BWK5

This latest update improves the security of the devices with the latest security patch other than that it does not include any new or improved feature for the smartphones.

To install this update, you can follow the given steps-

  • Go to “Settings”
  • Tap on “Software update”
  • Tap on “Download and install”
