Check out more about it below.

C55 and Narzo N55 – Realme UI 5.0 Open Beta

As mentioned, Realme has announced the Realme UI 5.0 open beta program for its C55 and Narzo N55 smartphone users in India. However as this is the beta version, the update will sure be having known and unknown issues in it, but will let users experience some features of the latest custom skin.

The changelogs will include added Aquamorphic-themed ringtones, revamped system notification sounds, smoother system animations, and improved photo and video permission management system.

The known issues are the desktop sliding feature not working when floating windows is in use. This can be fixed by simply pulling down the status bar. The Glance Lock-screen won’t be present in this version of the Realme UI 5.0 custom skin, but with future updates it will be introduced.

Other things to keep in mind, users must ensure that their device has at least 60% battery charge left within the device before updating, and they should make sure that their device is running on the latest stable version of the Realme UI custom skin before applying. It is also advised not to install the beta version on a primary device as certain apps are still incompatible with Android 14.

To apply, users can submit their application via the “Software Update Application” channel in “Settings”. They should also enable Developers Mode for the purpose. Feedback can be submitted on logkit.
