Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 has Started Receiving the Android 13 Update: What can you Expect in the Update

Nokia had previously released a list of smartphones to get the Android 13 update. As per the list, Nokia’s X10 and the Nokia X20 smartphones have started receiving update.

The Android 13 Update for Nokia X10 and X20 

The Nokia X10 and X20 smartphones came out in the market last year in the year 2021 with the Android 11 operating system.

The devices have started to receive their second major software update. With this update, the smartphones will be updated to Android 13.

The Nokia X10 will have its firmware version updated to V3.270 and the Nokia X20 will be updated to V3.360. The devices will also be updated to Android’s security patch of November 2022.

The update will have a size of 2.34GB and will not be available in every region at the moment. It will be rolled out gradually and you can update it by going to your phone’s settings and selecting the system update menu.

What can you Expect in the Update

  • Users can now use custom app icons
  • You’ll get a picture picker feature with which you can make selected photos available to certain apps
  • Notification permission for newly downloaded apps to send notifications
  • New multimedia controls will show the album image in full screen
