After the One UI 5.0 update which brought a lot of refinements in terms of design and also upgraded the smartphones to the latest Android 13 operating system, Samsung is now working on the One UI 5.1 custom user interface.

The One UI 5.1 Update

Samsung will bring the latest version of the brand’s own custom user interface, the One UI 5.1 to many of its Galaxy smartphones. Recently the company rolled out the One UI 5.0 update which brought a lot of refinements to the previous version of the user interface.

The One UI 5.1 update will focus more on improving and optimizing the current version of the UI. Apart from that, a few other subtle additions might also be made.

The update will bring the touchable elements of the user interface to the bottom so that users with a large-display Galaxy smartphone will have more ease in using their devices. Some other customisation features will also be added to the lock screen as well.

• Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 & Fold 3

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones might also be launched with the One UI 5.1 custom user interface preinstalled in the device.
