ARM is working with Xiaomi to build their own Chips; comfirms MediaTek CEO

Smartphone brands like Samsung, Google, Huawei, and Apple manufacturing their smartphone chips for quite a long time now. While many brands use the chipsets manufactured by Qualcomm and MediaTek for their smartphones and among these brands one is Xiaomi. But it seems like very soon Xiaomi will also be arriving with its chipsets.

This is because MediaTek CEO has recently leaked an Industry secret (via @That_Kartikey), in which he confirmed that ARM is working with Xiaomi to build their own chipsets.

Although other than this not much was revealed on this topic by the CEO it would be exciting to witness the performance features and technologies included by Xiaomi and ARM in the upcoming chipsets. The CEO also mentioned that earlier ARM was working with Oppo for their chips but the brand faced a lot of difficulties in the process leading to the termination of that project.
