Condensed headlines are added to a rectangular widget on the Lock Screen by the Google News widget. The company has previously said that after iOS 16 was released, it will help users customize the Lock Screen.

The Maps Frequent Trips widget allows users to view predicted travel times and real-time traffic data for destinations like home and work right on their lock screen. They can utilize the Maps Search widget to locate the restaurants, shops, and other locations they prefer to visit nearby.
