The 24.1 Update Of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS Is Now Available On PC Test Servers

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS on Twitter has officially announced that the 24.1 update is now available on PC test servers. The updates are given below:

Tactical Gear Renewal

To elevate Tactical Gear from optional to an indispensable part of the Arsenal, Tactical Gear crates have been added to the Inventory at the start of each game. Inside these crates you’ll find a variety of Tactical Gear to choose from which, once chosen, will be equipped in the sixth Tactical Gear-Exclusive slot in your Inventory. However, once equipped, the Tactical Gear you chose will be with you until the end of the match.

The Tactical Gear Repair Kit Update

The Tactical Gear Repair Kit’s usability is enhanced by combining them into a single, versatile item that can repair helmets, vests, and vehicles. The improved repair kit has 10 uses and introduces a new feature, the ability to detach tires and attach them to the vehicle of your choice.

Vikendi Map Update

Changes have been made to address areas where players have struggled the most by adding some extra covers and ridges. Improvements have also been made to the Blizzard Zone, Cable Cars, Crowbar interactions, and Comeback BR features based on feedback from gamers. Vikendi will be joining the Ranked pool in the new Ranked Season 24.

Jammer packs and Mortars are also added to the Ranked mode. There is a new Survivor Pass Splash Royale. Check out the Patch Notes for all the details.

PUBG: Battlegrounds, previously known as PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is a battle royale game developed by PUBG Studios and published by Krafton. The game was inspired by the Japanese film Battle Royale, which was released in 2000. The game was released on December 20, 2017.

In the game, up to 100 players parachute onto an island where they scavenge for weapons and equipment to help other players while avoiding getting killed themselves. Over time, the safe area on the map decreases in size, directing players into the tightening space which forces encounters and the last surviving player or team wins the round.
