Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 43-inch 4K 144Hz Mini-LED Gaming monitor launched globally for €1399

Samsung announced various gaming monitors under the Odyssey brand in an official press release on January 26, 2023, and the gaming monitor which grabbed a lot of attention was Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 43-inch 4K 144Hz Mini-LED Gaming Monitor.

This gaming monitor is considered as company’s first flat Mini-LED model and has debuted with a price €1399 which is around Rs. 1,25,000 .

According to Samsung Newsroom, Hoon Chung, Executive Vice President of Visual Display at Samsung Electronics has said, “ The gaming monitor market is only going to get bigger, and gamers are now seeking more out of their monitors. We are not just delivering a better gaming experience we are rebuilding new smart capabilities into our screens that give gamers an all-in-one place for technology and entertainment. Our innovations are enabling gamers everywhere to stay absorbed in their games with visual performance that enhances intense emotional experiences.”

Specifications of the Samsung Odyssey Neo G7 gaming monitor

The large 43-inch Quantum Mini-LED screen offers 4K resolution (3840*2160) with VESA Display HDR600 and HDR 10+ certification. It has a refresh rate of 144Hz and 1 ms (MPRT) response time. The gaming monitor has AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support that reduces stuttering, input latency, and screen tearing. Flex move screen allows users to adjust screen size between 43 and 20 inches to match the user’s preferred size. The device has Bluetooth 5,2, Wi-Fi 5, and an Ethernet port along with two HDMI 2.1 ports, single 1.4 port two USB 3.0 ports, and dual 20 W speakers.

• It has a smart feature Samsung Gaming Hub that allows instant access to games from partners such as Xbox and NVIDIA GeForce NOW
• Through Samsung Smart Hub, another feature of this gaming monitor, you can get the smart TV experience with apps from partners like Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube.
• It contains a Samsung Game Bar feature using which gamers can change important settings without leaving the game screen.

The Odyssey Neo G7 will be available globally from Q1 2023. Though the launch schedules may vary in different regions.
