PUBG Mobile players will soon be able to play 120FPS Mode With Upcoming Update

As per the recent announcement made by Krafton the developer of PUBG Mobile, the game will soon receive a 120fps mode. It will be available to gamers with updated version 3.2. As of now, PUBG Mobile gamers can only go up to 90fps but very soon they will be able to go up to 120fps which will give them a smoother gaming experience for sure.

This mode for sure cannot be supported by all smartphones as entry-level smartphones may find it hard to maintain consistent performance at 120fps. And the mode can be optimized for high-end and upper mid-range smartphones to give the best gaming performance to the gamers.

As of now, there is no confirmation from the company whether this mode will be there for both iOS and Android users. As per the report the mode is being tested by the beta testers and they have reported the heating issue and battery draining when the mode is enabled. The latest Android flagship smartphones that are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or equivalent chipset should not have issues with the 120fps mode.
