The Sony Xperia 1 IV and Sony Xperia 5 IV, the company’s most current flagship devices, will soon receive a stable, official Android 13 upgrade, according to a recent announcement from Sony.

Sony was rather tight-lipped about details like the size of the update and which countries will get it first.
There is no information about the firmware size, a new security patch, or other software updates, in addition to the known features of Android 13.
While no Xperia 1 IV or Xperia 5 IV customers have publicly acknowledged that their Android 13 rollouts are currently underway on Twitter, Reddit, or any other online communities or social media platforms, the aforementioned over-the-air goodie deliveries should start in the coming days or even hours.
