Xiaomi’s Mi 11 Ultra Revealed to Receive Android 14 and One More Year of Security Patch Updates
A new update from a tipster(@kacskrz) on the Twitter/X platform has revealed that Xiaomi’s 2021-released Mi 11 Ultra smartphone will be receiving the Android 14 update as well as a full year of Android security patch updates.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra – Android 14 and 1-Year Security Patches
As per this shared update, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra device which was planned to be categorized under the EOS or End of Support list this month will be receiving one more major OS update. This smartphone was initially launched with the Android 11 operating system and by now has received two major OS updates. If the Android 14 update is rolled out to the flagship, it will also be getting the brand’s own latest HyperOS custom skin too on top of it.
Also to add, the tipster notes that the smartphone will be receiving one more year of security patch updates as well, and from what is understood, it will be rolled out every 90 days (meaning four more security patch updates can be expected).
