Sony Xperia 1 V Spotted on the IMDA Certification Platform: Coming to Singapore
The newly unveiled Sony smartphone, the Sony Xperia 1 V has now made its appearance on the IMDA certification platform. This confirms that the smartphone will be making its way to Singapore very soon.

Sony Xperia 1 V Receives the IMDA Certification
Sony’s latest smartphone, the Sony Xperia 1 V has now received the IMDA certification and has made it to the certification platform with the model number, XQ-DQ72. This points to the fact that the newly unveiled Sony smartphone will soon be making its way to the Singapore market.
Apart from its listing, nothing particular has been revealed from its IMDA certification.
The Sony Xperia 1 V has already been launched in China, the United States and also in Europe, and the full specifications of the device is now known.
The latest Sony Xperia 1 V is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (4 nm) chipset with a primary clock speed of 3.2 GHz and comes pre-installed with the Android 13-based operating system. It is also integrated with the Adreno 740 GPU.
For its display, the smartphone features an OLED display panel with a screen size of 6.5 inches and has a screen resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The display also has a refresh rate of 120Hz.
About its cameras, the smartphone at its rear has a triple camera setup with a 48MP main camera, 12MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. At its front, a front-facing camera of 12MP is also offered.
The device is backed by a 5000 mAh battery and supports a wired fast charge feature of upto 30W. It also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging features as well.
