How to know whether your phone’s battery is in good condition or not

AccuBattery can be one of the apps for you to know about the health of your battery. We don’t say that it’s 100% accurate but still, it can be used to know certain things up to an extent. A user on Reddit wrote about his phone that he bought just a day ago, “so, yesterday I installed AccuBattery – let it drop under 15% and charged it to 80%”. It means he first charged his phone up to 80% from 15% to check the battery health of his phone.

And after doing that he wrote, “Now it’s reporting 45% battery life”. Then he wrote, “ever since I had this phone I thought that battery life was crap, but I thought it was the software, could it be that the battery is defective from the start?”

Just after one year of usage, the performance of the battery dropped to the extent that he is still confused about whether the battery was in bad condition since the beginning or because of software. Nowadays phones are using software and AI to increase battery backup.

This enables the phone to only spend battery on those apps that are usually used. One of the users recommended on Reddit that the phone should be charged even after 100% until it shows full.
