The Asus Zenfone 8 hasn’t been released in India till now and is expected to be launched in the upcoming year. Today we are going to discuss its specifications that would be coming in India based on the Malaysia version.
It would have a 5.9 inches Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 240 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G Processor. It will feature Android 11 which will be upgradable to Android 12 with the user interface of ZenUI. The device also has the Adreno 660 GPU.
On the rear, the smartphone will have a dual camera setup with a 64MP wide-angle camera with PDAF and OIS and a 12MP ultrawide camera with dual pixel PDAF, and a 12MP selfie camera in front.
It will be made available in Obsidian Black, and Horizon Silver color variants with RAM 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB RAM. It would run on a battery backup of 4000 mAh supporting 30W wired charging along with reverse wire charging.
The smartphone can be purchased after launch from Asus, Flipkart, and other stores at its expected price starting from Rs.44,990.
