Sony has now introduced a new device – Mocopi, enabling anyone to capture full body motion with ease anywhere they like without the need of a studio. The pre-orders of the newly launched device has started on Sony’s official website in US, with its price listed as $449.

The newly launched device, Mocopi by Sony, consists of six sensors that are to be worn on the wrists, the ankles, hips, and on your head with the help of the bands and clip given along with it. Speaking of the sensors itself, it is just 3.2 cm(1.26″) in length and only weighs 8 grams. It features a single button with which you’ll be able to turn it on.

How to setup

Install the Mocopi app on your smartphone and pair each sensor to your mobile device. Wear the sensors on your body as mentioned and then calibrate the sensors following the instructions given on the app. Select the desired avatar and backdrop it. Simply click on the record button and you can easily capture the Avatar synced to your full body motion.
