Get to know about all new hybrid mechanical optical switches of Logitech G502 X lineup

When it comes to control in the gaming world Logitech has a big name. Its world-known G502 gaming mouse got its new version last year with the G502 X line of gaming mice. The lineup was introduced with G502 X, G502 X Lightspeed, and G502 X Plus. These gaming mice come with hybrid optical-mechanical buttons.

Optical-mechanical buttons.

The first fully hybrid gaming mouse switches combine the speed of optical and the feel of a mechanical click. It means you get to feel the click with an ultra-fast response. One of the advantages of using it is that it minimizes the latency thus maximising reliability. Another advantage of using optical is longer switch life since it doesn’t wear like a typical mechanical-only switch.

The wired G502 X is the lightest in the series with just 89 grams of weight. The company made sure to work on connectivity and G502 X Plus and G502 Lightspeed came with 68 percent quicker connectivity than the earlier G502 Lightspeed. This lineup was introduced in India in September 2022. Its Logitech G502 X came with a price tag of Rs 7,995, G502 X Lightspeed for Rs 13,995, and G502 X Plus for Rs 15,495.
