Honor can launch a new TWS earbuds in India, reveals TWS battery listing on Indian BIS certification

The Chinese company Honor is preparing for a comeback in India. According to a recent report by Reuters, it has entered into a licensing agreement with the newly established Gurugram-based company, Honor Tech. The Indian division of the company, led by former Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth, is aiming to commence local manufacturing by next year.

Based on recent leaks, the company may launch the Honor 90 smartphone in India, priced at Rs 35,000. This smartphone has already been released in China.

The company is also planning to launch not only a new smartphone but also other products. A tipster named Mukul Sharma has noticed a new battery listed on the Indian BIS under the Honor branding. The tipster mentioned that “this battery is used in TWS devices (such as Huawei Freebuds 3)”. This battery has been identified with the model number HB681636ECW. The company might be planning to reintroduce itself to the Indian market with a range of products.

It’s listing on the Indian BIS confirms that the product will be launched in the Indian market and is expected to be available soon. The specifications are currently undisclosed, but the company could reveal them in the upcoming days.
