OnePlus Warp Charge 50 Wireless Charger is faster than other wired charging options, claims OnePlus

Wireless Charging is the new cool and with smartphone brands equipping their smartphones with wireless charging facilities, the competition in the market is constantly leveling up. One such smartphone brand that has been trying to provide wireless charging facilities in their devices is OnePlus.

OnePlus, in their catalogue of chargers, has the OnePlus Warp Charge 50 Wireless Charger, which they have claimed recently to be faster than other wired charging options in the market.

The charger is currently listed on the OnePlus product page with a ‘Notify Me’ button for Rs 1,999, which you can turn on to be notified when the product is back in the store. 

OnePlus is also launching its OnePlus 12 series smartphone, which is equipped with 50W fast-charging capabilities.

First of all, the charger offers a maximum of 50W charging power. It can charge a OnePlus 10 Pro from 1% to 100% in about 47 minutes. It also supports the OnePlus 9Pro and will support the upcoming OnePlus 12 series smartphones.

The charger supports EPP 15W/ BPP 5W wireless charging.

It allows both horizontal and vertical charging options, as it is equipped with a dual-coil charging system. Thus, you can place your phone either vertically or horizontally and have it charged.

The charger’s response time is less than a second and it starts charging instantly as you place your phone on it.

It also features Silent Mode, which operates when power is below 15W and fan speed is reduced to keep emitted noise below 23dB.

In standard mode, the noise of the charger is less than 32dB at 30 cm range, and in silent mode, it is less than 23dB at 30 cm range.

The charger weighs about 180 g.
