Elizebeth Chambers breaks silence on ongoing controversy

Armie Hammer’s ex-wife Elizabeth Chambers broke her silence on the ongoing controversy surrounding the actor.

Back in July, Chambers, filed for divorce from Armie Hammer the Call Me By Your Name star, commented on a report about Hammer’s director and co-star in the Oscar-nominated film.

Just Jared shared a report on Instagram Thursday about director Luca Guadagnino and Timothée Chalamet‘s upcoming project, titled Bones & All. FurtAher Chambers, “No. Words.”, which naturally grabbed attention.

It’s said to be Chamber’s first public interaction after several alleged messages were leaked by an anonymous social media account, House of Effie. Since the alleged messages were leaked, Hammer has dropped out of two projects: the action-comedy Shotgun Wedding starring Jennifer Lopez and the upcoming Paramount+ series The Offer.

In a statement, Hammer said, “I’m not responding to these bull— claims but in light of the vicious and spurious online attacks against me, I cannot in good conscience now leave my children for 4 months to shoot a film in the Dominican Republic.”

“Lionsgate is supporting me in this and I’m grateful to them for that,” he said.
