Here are the terms and conditions of online booking of Kia
- The online booking should be done on the website of Kia for the comfort of the Customer.
- Booking is enabled only with the authorized Dealers available on the website.
- A Customer can confirm more than 1 Car and the booking procedure would be 1 Car per booking.
- The Customer will be entirely liable for giving accurate evidence while preparing online booking and the evidence shall be in English language just.
After booking, some people wish to cancel the order due to some issues. In such conditions, one should be familiar with the refund policy of Kia in India.
Here is what you need to know about the refund policy of thee Kia
For KIA Seltos, KIA Sonet and KIA Carens
- For cancellation of booking for KIA Seltos, KIA Sonet and KIA Carens there is no cancellation penalty
- Nonetheless the Customer will have to spend the processing fee or transaction charges of Rs. 250 per booking.
- If the Customer has paid the Booking Amount through the choice of ‘bank transfer’ (NEFT, RTGS and IMPS) to the successor displayed at KIN Website, the buyer will have to assume processing fee or transaction charges of Rs. 15/- additional with acceptable surcharges per booking against the Booking Amount.
For KIA Carnival
For cancellation of booking for KIA Carnival, there will be a cancellation penalty of Rs.5000 against the Booking Amount and in improvement, the buyer will furthermore have to spend the processing fee or transaction charges as applicable per booking
The Customer cannot initiate an Online Cancel Request if the booking has been allocated. In such a lawsuit, the buyer has to visit or contact the concerned Dealer.
The money will be paid back to the similar basis from which the Customer had brought the payment of Booking Amount.
Once discontinued buyer order cannot be replaced at the similar Booking Reference Number.
No cash payments for refund shall be given rise to the buyers.
