Tata Consultancy Services Ranked Number One For Ninth Consecutive Year

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been rated one for consumer achievement across Europe, in an autonomous analysis of CEOs from prime IT spending institutions by Whitelane Research.

Whitelane Research’s 2021 IT Sourcing review is founded on reactions from 1,800 CIOs and senior judgment producers across 12 European nations.

The study examined over 4,000 unusual IT sourcing connections to evaluate service providers on 9 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), encompassing service delivery, connection, marketable and modification.

TCS has attained the top position in consumer satisfaction for the 9th successive year, with an overall achievement record of 84% correlated to the business standard of 75%.

Also, TCS has broadened its head over its closest opponent, scoring 4 percentage points elevated versus 1 percentage point in the previous year’s analysis.
