Enforcement Directorate issues a provisional attachment order for Nipko Engineering Services

Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a Provisional Attachment Order on 22 February 2022 for attachment of the fixed properties of Nipko Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. Consequently, amounting to Rs 62.70 crore in a bank fraud case.

Nipko Engineering Services Private Limited is a private company in Pune, India. This company is basically classified as the Indian Non-Government Company. Also, it is a wholesaler company. Consequently, the company’s share capital of the company is approximately 2 crores and its paid up capital is 1,00,000.

ED has issued Provisional Attachment Order on 22.02.2022 for attachment of immovable properties of M/s Nipko Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. amounting to Rs.62.70 Crore in a Bank fraud case.
