Following several rumours and leaks, the latest Samsung Galaxy S26 FE has now officially debuted in global markets. Not only this, the microsite for its Indian variant has also gone live on the Amazon India shopping platform.
Here is what the Amazon microsite has revealed about the device.
Samsung Galaxy S26 FE – Specifications
Speaking of the specifications, both the Indian and global variants of the Galaxy S26 FE come with the same spec sheet. For its display, a 6.7″ FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is featured, which supports 60Hz and 120Hz refresh rates and offers up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness.
The device is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2500 processor, and is being offered in 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 8GB/512GB storage configurations.
Regarding its cameras, a triple rear camera setup is present, housing a 50MP primary camera with OIS, an f/1.8 aperture, and an 84-degree field of view. A 12MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 123-degree field of view, along with an 8MP telephoto camera featuring OIS, an f/2.4 aperture, and a 32-degree field of view are also part of it. The camera system supports 3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom. For selfies, a 12MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 85-degree field of view is offered.
A 4,900mAh (rated 4,755 mAh) typical battery is packed within the device, which supports 45W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and the rapid charge feature offers up to 69% charge in around 30 minutes.
For its software, the Android 17 operating system with the One UI 9 custom skin is offered. The device is also eligible to receive up to seven generations of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates.
Additionally, AI features such as Galaxy AI, My FanCam, Super Steady with Horizontal Lock, Nightography, Photo Assist, Gemini Omni, the updated Now Brief, Now Nudge, and Circle to Search with Google. An upgraded Smart Switch experience is also part of it, and eligible users will receive a six-month free trial of Google AI Pro.
Other connectivity features include 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.4, and the Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 Mobile Connectivity System.
The Galaxy S26 FE also has an IP68-rated water and dust-resistant body and has been tested for submersion in up to 1.5 metres of freshwater for up to 30 minutes.
The smartphone measures 161.6 × 76.9 × 7.4mm and weighs 193gm. Blueberry, Graphite, and Pistachio are its three color choices.
Pricing and Availability
In the US market, two memory options have been launched. The 8GB/128GB variant is priced at USD 699, whereas the 8GB/256GB model carries a price tag of USD 799.
Select carrier partners will begin offering the Galaxy S26 FE on September 3rd, 2026, whereas open sales will start on September 4th, 2026, via Samsung.com, and major nationwide retailers will start on September 4th, 2026.
Coming to India, the Amazon India microsite currently only reveals the key specifications of the device. However, the microsite hosted on Samsung India confirms that its sale in the country will go live on September 18, 2026. The Indian pricing and available memory options are yet to be announced.
