Today, Huawei officially announced the Chinese launch date for this upcoming tri-foldable smartphone.
Huawei Mate XT 2: China launch date confirmed
The Huawei Mate XT 2 will be launching on September 7 at 14:30 (local time). The device will feature the latest HarmonyOS 7.
The above image mentions that it will be an “All-scenario new product launch event,” which means that the company will be introducing some more new devices for Chinese consumers.
Just yesterday, Huawei confirmed that the Huawei FreeBuds 7 will be launching in September in China. The earbuds are expected to be introduced at the same launch event.
In the coming days, the company could reveal the devices that will be launching at this event, while some more details related to the Huawei Mate XT 2 could also be teased by the company.
In related news, Huawei is also said to introduce its Huawei Mate 90 series in the Chinese market, but reports suggest that the series will be launched at another event in late September. If this is true, then Huawei fans will be witnessing two launch events next month.
