Google Pixel 10a Pre-Orders to Begin on 18 February in India, Design Also Teased

Google has officially revealed the pre-order date and teased the rear design of its upcoming Pixel 10a. In a teaser shared on X, which links to a microsite hosted on a Google Storage webpage, the company has confirmed both details.

Here is more to it.

Google Pixel 10a – Pre-Orders date and Design teased

According to the microsite, pre-orders for the Pixel 10a will begin on 18th February 2026. Google has also announced a promotional offer for users who sign up for Google Store updates or newsletters using their email address before 13 February at 1:29 PM IST. Eligible users will receive an exclusive offer code on the pre-order day, which can be applied during the purchase of the Pixel 10a. The terms and conditions section at the bottom reveals that the promotional code will expire two weeks after being issued and will be valid for both new and existing Google Store users.

The rear panel teased today shows a dual-camera setup housed in a horizontal pill-shaped module at the top left corner, with a circular LED flash sitting outside the camera module towards the right. On the side frame, the power button and volume rocker are visible. Overall design is similar to what was seen on the Pixel 9a.

In terms of specifications, the Pixel 10a was recently spotted on the FCC certification database with multiple model numbers – GE1GQ, G4H7L, and GV0BP. The listing confirmed support for standard Qi wireless charging and showed that the phone was tested with a 45W fast wired charger. Adding to this, tipster Roland Quandt had revealed that the device is expected to launch in Obsidian (black), Berry (red), Fog (off-white), and Lavender (purple) colour options. However, the shade teased today appears to have a bluish tone, similar to the Indigo colour option previously seen on the Pixel 10. Therefore, the exact number of colour options cannot be confirmed at the moment.

Furthermore, the model number G4H7L had appeared in Singapore’s IMDA certification database, confirming Wi-Fi 6E capabilities, in line with the earlier FCC listing.

As for availability in India, there is no confirmation yet regarding sales through other e-commerce platforms. However, since the Pixel 9a was launched via Flipkart, Croma, and Reliance Digital, the Pixel 10a may follow the same route.
