The time is here for the announcement of the Young Player of the season, Mohamed Salah, Heung – Min Son, Kevin De Bruyne, Joao Cancelo, Trent Alexander – Arnold, Jarrod Bowen, Bukayo Saka, James Ward – Prowse are the eight players shortlisted for the title.
Egyptian captain Salah ended his six match goal drought with the 4 – 0 win of Liverpool over Manchester United and has managed 22 goals to his name, although after the game against Man United, he hasn’t managed to score and is merely just ahead of Son and Red Devil star Cristiano Ronaldo.
Tottenham Spur player Son also has his sight on to grab his first ever golden boot in the Premier League after a successful game against Arsenal.
Saka and Arnold are both shortlisted for Player and Young Player of the season. The winner will be decided by a public online vote, which closes on May 16 at 6 pm.
