Virat Kohli defends his teammate Kamlesh Nagarkoti over comments from a fan, the video of the incident has gone viral on Twitter where Virat Kohli is seen taking a stand for his teammate.
The former India captain unleashed his aggressive side when a fan was bothering him continuously during the warm up game against Leicestershire. Kohli spotted a fan disturbing Nagarkoti when the latter was fielding near the boundary rope. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli was on the balcony of the dressing room.
“I’ve been continuously asking for a photo. I came here after taking the day off from my office. So I’ve been calling Nagarkoti to click a photo with me at least,” the fan told Kohli in Hindi.
“He is here to play the match, not to click photos.” Kohli replied to the statement.
Kamlesh Nagarkoti is a net bowler and not part of the Test squad. India will face England in the remaining test from 1st July and afterwards, the limited overs series will start.
The RCB player made 33 runs in the first innings of the warm up clash against Leicestershire, but he was not happy with umpires decision of out.
