Sheffield all over Fulham, make their way in the play offs

Taking a 3 – 0 lead within the first 25 minutes, Sheffield crushed champions Fulham for a spot in the playoffs. The opening goal came from header of Morgan Gibbs – White. The second also came from a slot by Gibbs – White himself. Sander Berge joined the party with a third by a distance of six yards.

With the win the Blades finish on the fifth rank and will face Nottingham Forest in the two legged semi – finals. Fulham were not looking to attack the Blades at all, they gained possession but at 3 – 0 down failed to create clear chances, with a Neeskens Kebano strike that flew over the bar and a Fabio Carvalho effort which was saved by the keeper Foderingham, which was the closest they had come in the match.
