Novak Djokovic goes against Nick Kyrigos in Wimbledon final

Nick Kyrgios has won the first set against Novak Djokovic by 6-4 in the men’s singles final at Wimbledon. Kyrgios broke for a 3-2 lead when Djokovic double-faulted on break point. He converted his second set point with an ace. The Aussie player is playing his first Grand Slam final. However, if the Serbian wins, it will be his seventh Wimbledon and 21st Grand Slam win.

The two players had a fun banter on Instagram and it looks like both of them would be heading for a dinner after the final is over, the winner will be paying the bill.

Kyrgios first asked Djokovic, if they were “friends now”, Djokovic then replied, “If you are inviting me for a drink or dinner, I accept. PS winner of tomorrow pays.”

The Australian then replied, “Deal, let’s go to a nightclub and go nuts.”

Players are battling out with full dedication and giving every ounce of their blood and sweat, the score currently is

Djokovic  4  6  3  30*

Kyrgios    6  3  4  0
