Jordan Henderson reportedly hired at Liverpool; Jurgen Klopp

Henderson will captain the Reds for the consecutive eighth season when the action begins next term and his first task is clear. After the world almost came down shattering for the player following their defeat in the Champions League final.

After the defeat, the captain says, “Didn’t think it would be possible after last night but today was one of the best days of my life.” Henderson posted on Instagram at that time. “Thank you Reds.”

As a captain, he has a major role to play in ensuring everyone is ready to go again when pre season starts in just over a week. As far as the club is concerned, he will definitely want that the same mistakes are not repeated of the Champions League final in Paris.

“Nothing we achieved in the last few years would have happened without him, that’s easy to say,” Klopp made a statement about Henderson. “There are so many important things you do over a season to keep a group together, to keep a group in difficult moments, and he is great in that.”

Henderson has been with Liverpool for over a decade now and has appeared in 325 games for the club.
