After a high-stakes drama, Haryana Police handed over BJP leader Tajinder Bagga to Delhi Police officials, and Delhi Police claims that Punjab Police handed over custody. Tajinder Bagga is being transported from Kurukshetra to Delhi.
Bagga was apprehended by Punjba Police from his Delhi home and was being transported to Punjab to appear in a Mohali court However, the Punjab Police were stopped in Kurukshetra by the Haryana Police.
Meanwhile, the Punjab Police has filed an application with the Punjab and Haryana High Court after Delhi cops arrested Tajinder Bagga.
After the Punjab and Haryana High Court, the Punjab government’s counsel, Puneet Bali, narrated the proceedings.
Haryana Police says that they've handed over the custody of Bagga to Delhi Police & Delhi Police says that've been handed over custody by Punjab Police.
