Vivo, as already confirmed, will be officially unveiling its latest S60 series smartphones in China on the 29th of May 2026. Ahead of the launch, the two upcoming devices – Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition – have now made their appearance on the China Telecom website, revealing a few of their key specifications.

Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition – Specs Revealed

The Vivo S60 series, comprising the vanilla Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition models, has already been listed for pre-reservations in the Chinese market. Now, as per the China Telecom listing, the vanilla Vivo S60 smartphone has been listed with the model number ‘V2571A’, and it is revealed to feature a 6.59″ display. The chipset codename of the device has been mentioned as ‘SM8635’, along with an AP main frequency of 3000MHz, which points towards the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It is also listed to run on the Android 16 operating system.

Speaking of its other specifications, the Vivo S60 smartphone is mentioned with a 7200mAh lithium battery, and the device weighs 207 grams. It measures 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.92mm in size. For cameras, the rear side is listed with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP secondary camera, and an 8MP third camera. At the front too, the device is said to have a 50MP selfie camera.

Regarding the storage options, the Vivo S60 will be made available in four memory variants – 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB. The device is also listed in three colour choices – Starry Sea, Midsummer Night, and Early Summer Green.

Coming to the Vivo S60 Vitality Edition (V2572A), this device is also listed with the same 6.59″ display size. However, unlike the vanilla model, it is mentioned with a MediaTek chipset bearing the codename ‘MT6881’ and an AP main frequency of 2600MHz. Rumours point out that this could be the upcoming Dimensity 7500 chipset, which is also expected to power the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max smartphone.

Speaking more, the Vivo S60 Vitality Edition will also be running on the Android 16 operating system, and most of its remaining specifications are similar to the vanilla Vivo S60. It is listed with the same 7200mAh battery and 157.52 × 74.33 × 7.92mm dimensions. However, the device weighs slightly less at 199 grams, and the secondary 50MP rear camera is missing on this model.

About the storage variants, the Vivo S60 Vitality Edition will be offered in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB options. The same three colour choices – Starry Sea, Midsummer Night, and Early Summer Green – have also been mentioned for this device.

Looking at the design, both smartphones appear to have taken some inspiration from the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Regarding the availability, even though the Vivo S60 series launch is officially set to take place on the 29th of May 2026 in China, the China Telecom listing reveals the 3rd of June as the release date, which could possibly be the open sales date in the country.

As per the listing on the certification database, the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro has been approved with the notification number ‘KZ0000013754’, dated the 19th of May 2026. The listing mentions the model number as ‘KO3’ and further confirms the marketing name of the device as ‘Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro’.

Other than confirming its model number and marketing name, the listing does not reveal any specifications or key details of the upcoming smartphone. However, this certification suggests that the device may launch in the EU region. The listing also does not reveal whether the device will be a 4G or a 5G smartphone. However, since the Tecno Spark Go 3 arrived as a 4G device, the upcoming Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro may also turn out to be a 4G model.

Speaking more, Tecno did not release a Pro variant for the Tecno Spark Go 2, and neither did the brand bring a Pro model for the Tecno Spark Go. This makes the upcoming Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro the first Pro-branded model in the Spark Go series.

Also, this appears to be the first time that the Tecno Spark Go 3 Pro has been spotted on any global certification database, so nothing can be confirmed regarding its specifications as of now. More details regarding the device are expected to be revealed in the coming days once it appears on other major certification platforms.

Vivo S60 series colour options were recently teased, and the lineup is confirmed to break its cover on the 29th of May in China. Adding more to it, the vanilla Vivo S60 smartphone has now made its appearance on the Geekbench database, revealing a few of its performance-related details.

Vivo S60 (V2571A) – Geekbench Listing

As per the Geekbench listing, the Vivo S60 smartphone with the model number of ‘V2571A’ was first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, and since the launch is near, this could possibly be the final retail unit which has now appeared. Via the listing, it is revealed that the device at the time of testing was running on an octa-core processor with one primary core clocked at 3.01GHz, four cores clocked at 2.80GHz, and the remaining three cores clocked at 2.02GHz, integrated with the Adreno 735 GPU.

The 16GB RAM variant of the device has been listed on Geekbench, while the listing also reveals that it runs on the Android 16 operating system with the software version of ‘PD2571C_A_16.0.9.4.W10’. Even though the listing does not explicitly mention the name of the processor, the GPU and core details revealed point to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip. If this turns out to be true, Vivo will again be equipping the Vivo S60 with the same chipset as its predecessor, the Vivo S50.

Coming to the scores, the upcoming Vivo S60 has achieved 1960 points and 5194 points, respectively, on the single-core and multi-core tests.

Vivo Y31s 5G – TÜV and UAE’s TDRA Certifications

On the TÜV certification, the same model number that was previously confirmed to belong to the Vivo Y31s 5G has been spotted with the certification number “SG PSB-IV-16620”, dated 16th April 2026. Talking about the specs revealed, this confirms that the device will support 44W (11V x 4.0A) fast wired charging.

This much has been revealed via TÜV, and next, the UAE’s TDRA has also listed the same model number “V2614” and confirmed the moniker “Vivo Y31s 5G”. Further, it shows that the device received approval with the equipment registration number “ER59870/26” on 22nd May 2026. This confirms the device’s launch in the UAE market, but it does not reveal any further specifications.

For reference, do not confuse this with the previously launched Vivo Y31s 5G, which was released back in 2021 in China. This appears to be the 2026 version, and let’s see what it will come powered with, as it has not appeared on the Geekbench database yet, nor has Vivo confirmed its launch.

Infinix will introduce its all-new Infinix Hot 70 series in the global market on 25^th May. And ahead of this upcoming launch, tipster @infinixzero405g has shared some key specs of the Infinix Hot 70 Pro 5G smartphone.

According to the tipster, the device will arrive with the codename X6896. It is said to run on XOS 16 based on Android 16. It is tipped to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage. The device could be backed by a 5,600 mAh battery and support 45W wired charging.

Previously, the series was teased to arrive with a colour-changing rear panel. There is also an RGB halo lighting system on the camera module. The rear panel features a pill-shaped vertical rear camera module. The series also boasts a One Tap AI button on the side.

Since the global launch is just around the corner, we may come across some more details related to the upcoming Infinix Hot 70 series.

Xiaomi recently confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi 17T 5G smartphone in India on the 4th of June 2026, and ahead of its launch, a tipster has now revealed some additional details about this upcoming device.

Xiaomi 17T 5G Indian Variant Memory Options and Price Range Tipped

Tipster Abhishek Yadav via his X account has shared that the Indian variant of the Xiaomi 17T 5G will arrive in two memory options – 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB. He further adds that the pricing of the device will likely start from ₹59,999 in the Indian market.

Speaking more about the tipped specifications, the Indian variant of the Xiaomi 17T 5G is said to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3500 nits peak brightness, and 2000 nits HBM brightness. The device is also tipped to support Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and dual speakers.

Under the hood, the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone is said to come powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, coupled with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The tipster has also mentioned that the device will be able to cross 2.2 million points on AnTuTu.

For its cameras, the Xiaomi 17T 5G is tipped to sport a 50MP Leica Light Hunter 800 main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and 120x AI zoom support, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 120° field of view. It is also said to support 4K 60fps video recording on all rear cameras, while the front camera is tipped to support 4K 30fps video recording.

Battery-wise, the device is expected to pack a 6500mAh battery, along with 67W wired charging support.

Looking at the specifications, though not confirmed officially yet, these details match with the previously tipped global specifications of the Xiaomi 17T 5G. Xiaomi has already confirmed that the handset will launch via Amazon India, and its microsite has also been listed on the platform. However, the microsite currently does not reveal any key specifications. Since the India launch date is now confirmed, more details are expected to be revealed soon.

In March, it was reported that WhatsApp had rolled out a beta update 2.26.13.1.3 for Android users that allows users to see which contacts are currently active on WhatsApp without opening their conversations.

Folks at WABetaInfo have now revealed that the latest WhatsApp beta for iPhone includes references to a new contacts hub that will make it easier to see who is online and who was active recently. Though WhatsApp only lets users see someone else’s online status if they also make their own online status visible.

Earlier, for users who kept their online status enabled, we still had to open each contact’s conversation individually and look at the top to check whether the contact was online or when they were last active.

As per the new report, WhatsApp will introduce a new Contacts section that will list those who have been recently online. It will be placed within the app settings, just below the profile photo. WhatsApp will also display up to 4 favourite contacts in this section.

Contacts who are currently online appear at the top of the list, and they are shown with a green dot on their profile picture. Below them, WhatsApp shows contacts who have been recently active in chronological order.

The Contacts hub will also offer users the ability to search for any contact through the search bar. They will also be able to add a phone number to their WhatsApp contacts manually or by scanning a QR code. Users can manage and update their Favourites from this section, while the contact list can be sorted by name instead of online status.

It is revealed that this feature isn’t currently available even to beta testers, but they were able to activate it.

Earlier, only the Pro and F variants of the series had appeared on certification platforms; now, the vanilla OPPO Reno 16 5G model has also surfaced on a few global certification databases as well, revealing some of its key details.

OPPO Reno 16 5G – UAE’s TDRA, TUV, and BIS Certifications

On the UAE’s TDRA certification database, the OPPO Reno 16 5G smartphone carrying the model number “CPH2865” has been listed with the equipment registration number “ER59775/26”. The certification was granted on the 20th of May 2026, and the moniker of the device has also been confirmed via the listing.

This same model number has now appeared on the TUV and Indian BIS certification databases as well. Via the TUV certification listing bearing the declaration number “SG PSB-IV-16654”, it has been revealed that the upcoming handset will support 80W wired fast charging technology (11V x 7.3A). Similar charging support had previously been spotted on the global variants of the Reno 16 Pro 5G and Reno 16 F 5G smartphones too.

The Indian BIS certification database additionally reveals the same “CPH2865” model number and confirms that the device received its grant/inclusion on the 12th of May 2026. However, the BIS listing does not reveal anything regarding the hardware specifications of the smartphone.

Previously, the device was also spotted on the NBD import-export database, which suggested that the smartphone could feature a 6.57″ display. A 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option was also listed as one of its memory configurations.

Additionally, the OPPO Reno 16 5G had earlier appeared on the GCF certification platform too, which revealed some of its connectivity-related details. Now, with the global model number and a few key specifications being confirmed, the global launch of the Reno 16 5G series can be expected to take place soon following its China debut later this month.

Honor 600 Smart – GCF and SGS Certification

Via the GCF certification listing, it has now been revealed that the upcoming Honor 600 Smart smartphone carries the model number “MRK-NX1”. The listing further mentions that the device received its approval on May 21st 2026 with the GCF reference number “13731”.

Apart from revealing these details, the certification listing has also revealed a few of the connectivity features and supported network bands of the upcoming smartphone. As per the listing, the device supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 bands under the 2G GSM network, along with EDGE Class 12 support. Under the 3G WCDMA network, WCDMA I, II, V, and VIII bands are supported, along with HSDPA Category 24 and Enhanced Uplink Category 6 support.

Regarding the 4G LTE network, LTE FDD bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, and 32 are supported, while LTE TDD bands 38, 40, and 41 are also listed. Coming to the 5G network, the smartphone supports both 5G NR SA and 5G EN-DC NSA connectivity. Supported 5G FR1 bands include n1, n3, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n77, and n78.

The certification listing also reveals support for removable UICC cards, AV1, H.264 AVC, H.265 HEVC, and VP9 video codecs, along with OMA MMS support.

Moving to the SGS certification listing, while the moniker of the device is not specifically mentioned, the same “MRK-NX1” model number has appeared on the database. Not much has been revealed via this certification listing, however, it mentions that the battery of the device has been tested to work at an altitude of up to 2000m and under temperatures of up to 35 degree Celsius.

Adding another certification listing to the list, the Global Certification Forum database has now revealed three Reno 16 Series devices along with their connectivity specifications.

OPPO Reno 16 5G Series – GCF Certification

On the GCF certification database, three devices have now appeared with the model numbers ‘CPH2865’, ‘CPH2859’, and ‘CPH2863’, carrying the reference numbers 13688, 13719, and 13730, respectively. While the monikers are not directly mentioned on the database, earlier certification listings have already revealed that the ‘CPH2859’ model belongs to the Reno 16 F 5G, while the ‘CPH2863’ model is associated with the Reno 16 Pro 5G. As for the ‘CPH2865’ model, its official moniker has still not appeared on any certification platform yet, it is also expected to be a part of the Reno 16 Series lineup.

The Reno 16 Pro 5G on the other hand is listed with GSM 850/900/1800/1900 support, WCDMA I/II/V/VI/VIII support, LTE FDD bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/26/28/32, LTE TDD bands 34/38/39/40/41/42/43/48, and 5G NR bands n1/n2/n3/n5/n7/n8/n12/n20/n26/n28/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78. Similar to the Reno 16 F 5G, this device also supports both SA and NSA connectivity along with EDGE Class 12, HSDPA Category 24, and EUL Category 7 standards.

Lastly, the unidentified Reno 16 Series model is revealed to feature GSM 850/900/1800/1900 bands, WCDMA I/II/V/VIII bands, LTE FDD bands 1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/26/28/32, LTE TDD bands 38/39/40/41/42/43/48, and 5G NR bands n1/n2/n3/n5/n7/n8/n12/n20/n26/n28/n38/n40/n41/n48/n66/n77/n78/n83. EDGE Class 33, HSDPA Category 24, and EUL Category 6 support are also listed for this model.

Additionally, all three devices are also revealed to support 3GPP Release 12 audio standards, OMA MMS versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, removable UICC/SIM cards, and AV1 and H.264/AVC video codecs.

OPPO’s official Chinese pre-order listings have revealed the complete configuration and design details ahead of the launch. The vanilla Reno 16 5G is revealed to come in five storage variants, including 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB. The Reno 16 Pro 5G, on the other hand, will be available in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB variants.

Regarding the colour options, both devices will share the Heartbeat and Moonlit Night shades, while the vanilla Reno 16 5G additionally gets the Galaxy Purple colour option, and the Reno 16 Pro 5G comes in a Dream Blue finish.
