Today marks the first anniversary of the death of well-known journalist and TV anchor Rohit Sardana. The journalist, best known for his nationalist reporting, left us for the heavenly abode on this day.

On his death anniversary, Rohit Sardana’s family expressed their feelings through his Twitter account.

Rohit Sardana passed away on April 30, 2021. He was suffering from Covid-19 and had a cardiac arrest, which resulted in his death at the age of 42.

Rohit Sardana left the world at a time when he was rapidly climbing the success ladder and carving out a niche for himself in the field of journalism. He had endeared himself to the masses with his sharp and pointed anchoring skills, and the youngsters looked up to him as the ideal news presenter/anchor.

His groundbreaking journalism was lauded and applauded by all. His incisive and no-nonsense approach to questioning politicians kept the nation glued to his TV debates, while those in the ‘hot seat’ were frequently unnerved by his questions.

He became one of the most well-known faces of the TV Today Group after working for several channels, including Zee News and Aaj Tak.

His TV debate show ‘Dangal’ hosted top politicians from across the country to debate the country’s most pressing issues, and it was hugely popular with the audience.
