Vivo X300 (V2509A) Smartphone Spotted on the Geekbench Database: Dimensity 9500 Chip, Android 16 OS, 16GB RAM, and More Revealed

The next Vivo X300 smartphone model has now made its way to the Geekbench database. Via the benchmark listing, along with its performance scores, a few key specs have also been pointed out.

Vivo X300 (V2509A) – Geekbench Listing

Vivo’s upcoming X300 smartphone is revealed to carry the model number of ‘V2509A’, and it has achieved 2352 points and 7129 points respectively in the single-core and multi-core tests. It is the 16GB RAM variant of the device that has been listed on the benchmark platform and as mentioned, key specs such as the Android 16 operating system, MediaTek Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset (4.21GHz clock speed, motherboard codename – ‘k6993v1_64’), and ARM Mali G1 Ultra MC12 GPU have been revealed.

More updates concerning the next Vivo X300 series smartphones may soon be arriving and considering the previous X200 series, its expected launch time frame could be near (said to be in September 2025).

Speaking of a few other related updates, Vivo just recently unveiled its G3 5G smartphone for its Chinese offline customers and next week on the 21st of August 2025, the brand will also be unveiling its Vivo Vision Explorer Edition MR headset in the Chinese market. In the Indian market, the V60 smartphone was introduced a few days back, as well as the Y400 5G device, while the T4 Pro model is teased to launch soon in the country. The brand’s Y04 and Y04e smartphone models were announced in South Africa as well, whereas the Y400 4G was brought out in Bangladesh. Also, under its iQOO subsidiary branding, the Z10 Turbo+ smartphone, TWS Air 3 Pro earbuds, and the 22.5W Power Bank With Built-in Cable were also introduced in China last week.
