Vivo X300 Ultra key specs tipped online; Said to launch in both global and Indian markets
The Vivo X300 Ultra smartphone is rumoured to make its debut in the Chinese market in Q1, 2026 (probably in March). A few months back, a Vivo device with model number V2536A was spotted in China’s 3C certification, and it was said to be the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra device.
Tipster @Gadgetsdata has now shared that the Vivo X300 Ultra model will also be launching in Indian and global markets, contrary to the Vivo X100 Ultra and Vivo X200 Ultra, which were China-exclusive. The global/Indian variant is said to carry the model number V2562. The tipster has also shared some key specs of the device.
The device is said to feature a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 5MP colour sensor on the rear side, while on the front, it may arrive with a 50MP selfie camera with auto focus capability. It could feature a 6.82-inch 2K flat LTPO OLED display, USB 3.2 port, IP69 rating, and an under-display fingerprint sensor. The smartphone could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, backed by a 7000 mAh battery, and may support 100W wired charging (similar to the Chinese variant) and 40W wireless charging.
The device is expected to launch first in China, followed by the global and Indian launch. Since the Chinese launch is said to take place in Q1 of 2026, Vivo may soon start officially teasing the launch details. Stay tuned.
