Samsung Galaxy A17 4G and Galaxy S25 FE smartphones spotted on the SDPPI certification website

Samsung Galaxy A17 4G has been making its appearance on various certification websites lately, and it is expected that the device will soon go official. Yesterday, the device was spotted on the GCF database, and today our team at The Tech Outlook has spotted the device on another certification website along with the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE.

Samsung Galaxy A17 4G was spotted on the SDPPI database with model number SM-A175F, while the Galaxy S25 FE smartphone was spotted with model number SM-S731B.

The database reveals the moniker and model numbers of the upcoming smartphones, while it also confirms the launch of these devices in the Indonesian market.
Other than the GCF and SDPPI, Galaxy A17 4G has also bagged Bluetooth SIG and WiFi Alliance certifications. Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE so far has been spotted on the NBTC, GCF, EPREL, FCC, TUV Rheinland, WPC, and Geekbench databases. Yesterday, the key specs of the Galaxy S25 FE were also tipped online.

It is tipped to be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset, and it is likely going to offer better cooling of 13%. The Android 16-based One UI 8 custom skin is expected to be offered out of the box, and the device will possibly be equipped with AI features too.
In terms of its display, a dynamic AMOLED display is said to be featured, with a screen size of 6.7″, brightness rate of 1900 nits, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection is also expected on the device, both at the front and rear. At the rear, a 50MP (main) + 8MP (telephoto, 3x zoom) + 12MP (ultra-wide) camera system can also be expected, as well as a 12MP front-facing camera for selfies. A 4900 mAh battery backup and a 45W wired fast charging feature are also probably going to be offered on the device.
Other revealed specs include the IP68-rated body and the WiFi 6E connectivity. Also, five color variants (not four as reported earlier) may be made available, and customers will likely be able to get the latest Galaxy S25 FE device in Navy, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Black, and White colors.
