Poco X8 Pro Series Early Promo Page Revealed Design and Colour Options Before Being Taken Down

An early promo page for the upcoming Poco X8 Pro series was spotted on Poco’s Belgium/Netherlands website. Although the page has now been taken down, it revealed the memory options and pricing, at least for the European market.

Here is more to it.

Poco X8 Pro Series – Memory Options Revealed

According to the listing, the Poco X8 Pro was shown in three memory options. The 8GB and 256GB variant was listed at €399.90, the 8GB and 512GB model was listed at €449.90, and the 12GB and 512GB version was listed at €479.90. At the same time, the Poco X8 Pro Max appeared with two configurations. The 12GB and 256GB variant was listed at €529.90, while the 12GB and 512GB option was listed at €579.90.

The placeholder images used in the listing showed the phones in black, white, and mint green colour options. However, these images appear to belong to the Poco X8 Pro. The design shown closely matches the Redmi Turbo 5, which is expected to be rebranded as the Poco X8 Pro for global markets. This suggests that Poco may have used the same images for both the Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max listings, even though the two are different models.

Additionally, another promotional image provides more insight. On the left, a black phone that resembles the Redmi Turbo 5 is likely the Poco X8 Pro. On the right, a phone resembling the Redmi Turbo 5 Max is expected to be the Poco X8 Pro Max. This image also confirms at least one colour option for the Poco X8 Pro Max.

Speaking further, no additional technical specifications were revealed beyond pricing, memory, and design.

Previously, the Poco X8 Pro Max was spotted on BIS certification with the model number “2602BPC18I”, which matches the Redmi Turbo 5 Max launched recently in China. On the other hand, the Poco X8 Pro, bearing the model number “2511FPC34I”, was also listed on BIS. Adding to this, it appeared on SGS, EEC, IMDA, and SDPPI databases with the model number “2511FPC34G”. This closely matches the Redmi Turbo 5’s model number “2511FPC34C”, with only the last letter differing between regions.

Since the Redmi Turbo 5 is powered by the Dimensity 8500 chipset, the same processor is expected for the Poco X8 Pro. Similarly, as the Redmi Turbo 5 Max comes with the Dimensity 9500s, the Poco X8 Pro Max is also expected to feature the same chipset. However, Poco may launch these smartphones with slightly smaller battery capacities of around 6,500mAh for the Poco X8 Pro (~revealed via the SGS certification) and 8,550mAh for the Poco X8 Pro Max when compared to the Redmi Turbo 5 Series.

Both smartphones are expected to support 100W fast wired charging, along with 27W reverse charging support.
