OPPO Pad 5 (OPD2506) Appears on Geekbench, Revealing Dimensity 9400+ Chip and Android 16 OS; Tipped to Launch Alongside the OPPO Find X9 Series Next Month
The upcoming OPPO Pad 5 tablet has now made its appearance on the Geekbench database and a few of its performance-related specs have been pointed out. Additionally, a few other details concerning this tablet device have also been tipped, along with its possible launch date.

OPPO Pad 5 (OPD2506) – Geekbench Listing and Other Revealed Details
OPPO’s Pad 5 tablet which is going to carry the model number of ‘OPD2506’ has achieved 2630 points and 7780 points respectively in the single-core and multi-core Geekbench tests, and it is pointed out to feature MediaTek’s 3.73GHz-clocked Dimensity 9400+ chip and the Android 16 operating system (possibly with the ColorOS 16 on top of it). Also, it is the 12GB RAM variant of the device that has been listed on the Geekbench database.
Based on rumors, a 12.1″ LCD display supporting 3K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, 8MP main camera (rear), 10300 mAh battery backup, 67W wired fast charging support, and 578gm weight are expected for the device. Storage variants of 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 16GB/256GB are also being expected, as well as color choices of Purple, Silver, and Grey.
Speaking more, the OPPO Find X9 series is scheduled to debut next month on the 16th of October 2025 in the Chinese market and probably, the OPPO Pad 5 tablet may also have its launch alongside the upcoming flagship smartphones. Furthermore, OPPO’s Pad 5 tablet is said to get re-branded as the OnePlus Pad 2 for Chinese customers, and it is also believed to feature the same specs and offer two color choices of Blue and Grey. [Just to add, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro tablet has already been unveiled in China, and its launch took place in May 2025.]
